How this sample plan is built

Each day runs from 09:00 to 17:00, with lunch protected from 12:00 to 13:00. Relaxed, balanced and active pace cap activities at 2, 3 and 4 per day. Plans may contain fewer activities when time, budget or the catalogue is limited.

Only your selected interests and indoor/outdoor preference are used. Each activity appears once per stay and must fit fully into its sample morning or afternoon window. The planner adds up to 15 minutes of travel and reset time after each activity. These are on-site estimates; access needs may require longer breaks.

“Try another order” rotates the fixed catalogue, then picks the first unused matching activity that fits the remaining time and budget. This is deterministic and does not check availability. 375 minutes currently remain unscheduled. Check access, dietary needs, weather, prices and availability with a real provider before making your own arrangements.

How the planner works

01

Preferences with purpose.

A short brief becomes a usable schedule, with constraints visible from the start.

02

Time that adds up.

Durations, lunch and breathing room share one timeline. No overlapping activities.

03

A plan you can take.
